Great location Easy check in - actually allowed in early Comfy bed Light big space Big mirror amazing Lovely bathroom Very clean Not noisy

Uncomfortable sofa Bright at night as others say, only one curtain- but i bought eye mask so no issue Stairs are what they are as others say and wont suit everyone - non issue for us

"Perfect unless it’s hot!"

Well positioned, clean, tidy. Free parking over night in the council car park nearby is ideal.

We stayed on a really hot summer day and the bedroom was just too hot, no ventilation up there and no blinds or curtains. With the windows open downstairs then a fair bit of road/town noise comes in
