Villa King Komba

L’accueil de Dominique et son équipe est formidable La villa est spacieuse, calme et la vue est magnifique Super rapport qualité/prix Très adorable pour les horaires des repas Groupe de lémuriens dans les arbres à proximité

Parfois un peu difficile de se rendre au village à marée haute, surtout de nuit, mais tout de même faisable et le chemin est très emprunté même tard

L'hôtel propose des prix bas comme produit d'appel. Je le recommande pourvu qu'on y évite la nourriture et l'excursion à Lokobe vraiment foireuse

Pas d'eau chaude?

Location was perfect. Over looking the water. Just a short walk to the local village . The pool was just lovely. Having the option of a simple breakfast at a good price and also the staff are more than happy to also cook a lunch or dinner if you don’t want to go into the village for a meal. The staff were ready to help and just lovely people. The manager meet us at the boat from the main island and made sure we had everything we needed. My son and I would come back and would recommend this place 100% as a quiet retreat.

Bella posizione e splendida terrazza. Host simpatico, professionale e parla anche inglese, oltre al francese.

Mi aspettavo una struttura un po' meno spartana. Poi siamo stati benissimo uguale, ma chi viene dovrebbe sapere che le camere non hanno vetri alle finestre nè acqua calda nel bagno.

Villa King Komba has a spectacular view out over the channel between Nosy Komba and Nosy Be. The staff were extremely helpful. Using the villa’s boat, the staff organised transfers to Hellville (the nearest port on Nosy Be), a trip to Tanikely Marine Park (~45 minutes) and a barbecue on the beach near Lokobe National Park (~15 minutes away). They also arranged for a chef to make us a special dinner on our terrace one evening (organised well in advance); and a visit to see the black lemurs. The ½ day trip with barbecue to Lokobe was a highlight. Dominque organised local guides to show us around the Lokobe community forest reserve. The forest is beautiful and we saw black lemurs, sportive lemurs, ground boas, and leaf-tailed geckos. Guides were knowledgeable and excellent at spotting wildlife. We had the beach to ourselves. Tanikely has good snorkelling including a good population of turtles. Lots of people go there every day. Rooms are simple but comfortable with three double rooms on the top floor of the villa with a shared, spacious terrace. No hot water in the bathrooms but there is a shared shower on the 1st floor with hot water. Beds have mosquito nets. No mosquito nets in the windows. Simple breakfasts are available. For other meals, there are many small restaurants in the nearby village. We liked Chez Yolande, a 30-minute walk from the villa along the beach and through the village. Or, you can request for specific meals from the villa team if you provide advance notice. In front of the villa and south along the coast there is a narrow reef with coral, fish and turtles. We often saw black lemurs on the walk up from the beach to the villa.
