The food is very baad and long waiting time me not recommend this hotel

The housekeeping staff Luv Kush was a decent chap. He helped in making the stay a little comfortable.

The reviews look fabricated. We went by the reviews and booked a Presidential Suite. Man...were we shocked? The room was dirty. We had to get it sweeped and mopped at 11.00 in the night. There was so much dirt on the floor, the bedsheets were unwashed with hairs sticking out. The washed ones (as claimed by the manager) were also dirty and hairs were sticking out of them. We had to ask them to put new bedsheets. The blanket was super smelly. Since it was cold and blanket was required, we could not sleep. We also could not get it changed as it was too late (around 1.30 AM). Staff needs basic training like covering food items while moving them from the restaurant to the room. When its cold outside, food gets cold if not covered and with so much of dust around, you lose your appetite when you see uncovered food.

Sumptuous food. Well mannered staff.
