Hotel Devine Zirakpur Chandigarh

If you are just looking for a place to sleep and this is your budget, then its all right. But there is room for improvement.

The room was quite noisy, we could clearly hear the music from the elevator and the reception on the floor below. The towels were damp, too few and the floor towel was dirty once unfolded. We got new towels, clean but still damp. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, someone had clearly used the toilet since it was last cleaned. Location wise, the road is a big construction site and there isn't anything else here. Not a place to go for a walk. The food was good, but there was only one option for breakfast, even though the menu showed more and we also notified the reception the day before. However, the chef in the restaurant was nice and apologized. I think the address in booking.com is wrong for this property, we had some issue locating the hotel.

New Hotel. The food from the hotel restaurant was mostly extremely good. Great fresh towels and bedsheets. Great shower. We got everything we asked for.

I think rooms should always be checked in advance, if everything works fine. But it's a general problem in India, that the maintenance isn't done. Cattle, some herbal tea and cups should be in the room.

Bedding, quiet room and our late arrival was also done smoothly toh it was at 3am.

Water in bathroom wasn’t available and when complained, they took an hour but still there wasn’t any solution
