The staff were friendly and helpful. Budget friendly. Do make sure to check for the parking beforehand.

Poor management .. I have to change the dorm twice. Steep roads....Not recommended for people who have some knees and back problems. Distance is near about 1.5 km from Darjeeling mall.

On the third day, I and my friend were shifted to separate dorms without prior notice. On the fourth day, I was moved to another bed again. My friend's luggage was moved without their permission, which felt highly disrespectful. Poor communication and mismanagement during the stay.

For the price it is a very good place to stay , the interior is beautiful and it is very near to the mall road . coming to the beds , it was comfortable and clean , off course you will get dorm kind of room but it will have a curtain to maintain your privacy unlike other dorms beds

the rooms accommodation and fire born place is too good.
