We had a great time at this hostel, very friendly people and good place; the beds were very comfortable and the common space is nice

The beds are massive for hostel beds and lockers are good size too. Food they had was cheap and super tasty. Staff were super friendly!

Its a bit of a walk up the hill but thats almost all places in darjeeling as its a hill station. Power did cut out a bit but not really their fault. Internet couldve been a bit better in the rooms but worked well in the common areas. Main drawback would be the bathrooms and showers were freezing and hot water didnt really work.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel in Darjeeling! The owner is an incredibly kind and welcoming person who treats guests like family. A special mention to Pranay, the caretaker, who ensures everything runs smoothly and makes guests feel at home. The ambience and interior theme of the hostel are superb, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The dorms and washrooms are spotlessly clean, ensuring a pleasant experience. A big shoutout to Chef Savita for preparing absolutely delicious and homely meals at very nominal prices. Every dish was made with love and tasted amazing! Overall, a perfect place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Darjeeling. Definitely a 5-star experience!

The hosts are very warm and were very supportive during a personal medical emergency. Really enjoyed my stay.

Me & my friend personally didn’t like the property because of the worst service & behaviour at the stay

We had to literally beg for a bottle of hot water at the night at around 10 pm There is no heater no fire facility at a freezing cold night Service is pathetic at the stay & you need to climb almost 3 km to reach the location Road is very scary & there is no help to cross the narrow stairs at midnight even after requesting so much the care taker didn’t bothered to help. We will not recommend this place if someone is looking for comfortable stay

I liked the most the coziness this place brings to you. As its was my first time solo travelling this place made me feel safe. Pranay and shiksha didi are such warm hosts she even asked me daily whether I have eaten anything or not and if you are traveling solo you will understand how it feels to be asked that question 🥹 Pranay bhaia kept asking me before arrival whether i was safe or not because i reached the destination around 12:00 am. 🫰 Now bunker :- Everyone wants a coxy bunker with some privacy well they provide that utmost if you are a solo female traveller you should definitely stay here. Warm, cozy without any restriction I spent 3 days there. My workcation couldn't be better. Budget friendly :- Hella yes..!! Location :- I think the location is best if you wanna stay close to the mall market (chourasta). Due to location i enjoyed the night life of Darjeeling too in Glenary's. Lastly, thank you for making this trip the memorable one, will definitely visit again please welcome me like this always 🙈✨
