The food price too high

Everything except bathrooms and toilets

Bathroom and toilet were neither clean nor had proper locks

Sabita and Bishnu were excellent hosts. The property is beautifully decorated with spacious, rooms and space with ample room for gathering. Extra points for Sabita's excellent cooking.

They are under staffed. Also the property is after a long walk uphill so if you are just arriving in Darjeeling please use the taxi all the way to the property rather than getting down at taxi stand. The uphill slope will take a toll on you.

Quiet ambience and the view from windows which give a visual treat to eyes with magestic Mount Kanchenjunga in front of us that's ultimate experience one can have.

It would have been better if rooms were not given for family with kids.

I liked everything, it was quiet and peaceful.

There is no such thing.

It's more likely B&B, not a hostel. Service is so warm. Lobby is unquie and rest area can see good view

Sometimes,wifi was suddenly close.
