The place was well organized and the.decor.was well thought out. It was very spacious; I wish we could have spent more time here to enjoy all of the cute little seating areas. The bathroom was wonderful and the shower huge. The laundry was very helpful after biking the Springfield trail.

The racing cars and revving engines on the street for hours. Clearly, this isn't something the owner is responsible for, but something they should address with the city.

Location, parking, and very clean.

Parking was easy. Lots of restaurants and things to do very close by. Host was great and easy to communicate with.

Location is just off the square in the entertainment area. Super walkable town.

Know that this is a college town and some of the nearby bars can stay loud til 2am. If you’re prepared with earplugs or can fall asleep fast, you’ll be fine. It’s an amazing condo!

The design of the ICON is amazing. I really liked the fact that you step from a non-descript street into this oasis of beauty, style and comfort.

Loved the atmosphere and location. It was really clean and the owners were easy to reach. I had no problems.

It wasn’t really a negative for me and I didn’t mind it, but the entrance steps are really steep. So be prepared for that.

Very easy check-in.

Downtown Springfield is really struggling. Its a real shame as the rest of the town is nothing but soul-less strip mall and fast food development. I'm a fan of revitalizing downtown areas, so getting more life in these types of areas is critical for healthy cities to survive. There are a few small sparks of diverse life there, so staying in a loft like this is a small measure of contributing to what could be possible in Springfield.
