The Icon

Booked the Icon at first for its location to the Hammons Center as we were in town for a performance. But we were very impressed with how close to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and drinking establishments we enjoyed before and after the show. We were even more impressed by the provided parking, spacious apartment and comfortable beds. Plus, if I had any questions, I texted the property manager and they responded within moments and we’re very helpful.

It does have a flight of steps from the street level up to the apartment but one your up your greeted by a beautiful place that is very well designed and decorated.

Out of the host's control, but the entrance is a long staircase in the side of the building.

Perhaps the most comfortable rental we've ever had (--the beds were great). Lovely decor and fun location in the heart of downtown.

The practice of having guests strip beds, take out garbage, and pay a steep cleaning fee is off putting. We pay the fee, you take care of the rest.

We loved everything about this place! The location was perfect. Off street parking. The cutest setup/decoration of the apartment. The owner was very easy to get in touch with.
