I booked this for a work trip. The accommodation is compact but very comfortable and fairly equipped. I had to cut mt stay short due to a family emergency but will definitely to book there again when I return next year.

Nice Clean modern property it was cold outside but perfect temperature inside.

A little on the small side ideal for a couple and a child. Bathroom sink made it a little difficult to sit on the toilet maybe a sink on the cistern unit would be more suitable Would have been a nice touch if there was a couple of teabags / coffee and milk. Sofabed was very uncomfortable Would have been happy to pay £10 a night extra if those little items were addressed

Very small lounge area if 4 people were staying barely room for 3 to sit on it. No heating on and it was freezing when we arrived

The secluded location and proximity to the pond.
