The Grand Anukampa Oasis

The owner was ignorant, had to change the room as the fan was not working. The TV and AC remote had no cell, used devices through phone remote. No wifi so had to use cellular network and they kept on banging doors from 9 am for a 11 AM check out. The reception takes no responsibility of the Apprtments section. They will give you a number and you will have to keep calling that for almost 100 times to be answered once. Top of all they will sit inside your room till the time you make the payment despite not being provided complete services. When asked for water they said we will get it and it was sent 3 hours later till the time we got it from Blinkit for ourselves. The room had cigarette buds and wrappers by the window. Zero cleanliness. Thw owner was rude, arrogant, and keep on insisting to adjust. Said very bluntly," don't you get 2 GB data pack, why dont you use that. Stop calling me" They are running a shabby service apartment on the name of Not so GRAND ANUKAMPA. There was one person at reception to just provide you the number and no further assistance. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, Visit only if you wish to take a revenge from anyone by suggesting them this horrible experience. Very saddened as this completely ruined our whole trip. We decided to leave just when we woke up without eating breakfast.

The worst experience till the date AC of the room was not working At midnight there was a power cut off No one was picking up the call all of them have switched it off.
