This is the second time when the property has cancelled the booking without any iprior info and that to after telephonic conversation. Pathetic state of affair and unreliable. Platforms like booking.com should discontinue showing such an option. The owner is least bothered regarding the administrative problem that a customer face will travel on long routes.

I like the idea of a room that they have there ! The items , things they provide . Ambience is nice , awesome They have club at the terrace

My overall experience at the grand anukampa oasis was could not be worse. 1. There were ants everywhere in the washroom although they did clean it once but still the ants came back. 2. The utensils weren't there for some of them we had to call the guy to provide us but they took a whole night to give it 3. Service was very lazy and poor tbh 4. They were asking as to co-operate but didn't change our room 5. The kitchenette stinks a lot 6. There was a single man who was active for the service
