Didn’t meet Jazmine earlier parking

It was as advertised. Location was good.

No A/C…room was uncomfortably warm during the night.

The only thing that I liked was that the door had a code to get into, but everybody there was giving the code out to their friend, so there was a lot more people in there than there should have been.

I did not like the fact that the rooms were so close together and the room that we got was very small no TV the front and back door code was being given out to different people that were staying there to have their friends over. You could hear everything that was going on so I did not get much sleep at all. The kitchen was dirty. The bathrooms were definitely not cleaned so I definitely overpaid for what I thought I was getting.

Over priced for a shared bathroom

Location to downtown Burlington was nice, hot water in the shower and shower pressure, security of each room with individual locks.

The parking situation - it is EXTREMELY limited and disorganized. All it takes is one guest not following protocol with parking to through it off for the rest, even though parking is only available for ~40% of residents. Disliked that it wasn't obvious what to do if the parking lot was full which added stress to our arrival. Noise level was high in the house, could hear residents in next room over, as well as everytime someone opened their door or went to use the bathroom. The upstairs bathroom in 36 is unsafe- the door knob can fall off at any moment, and you have to use force to shove the door open/close. The bathroom's need updating. The AC window unit size was not effective for our room size and was unable to cool the room effectively.

No Flat Screen TV with Cable in the room.

All the rest. It was terrible. The place is incredibly noisy. We hear everything from the street (cars, motorcycles, people yelling) and everything from the other rooms. All the doors of the place (roons, bathrooms) are very diffucult to open and to close so everytime somebody go to the bathroom we hear all the doors slaming like bang! bang! bang! The stairs are very noisy too. In addition, the place is not so clean. It's old, not well maintained. It really needs some renovation. It's definitely not like the pictures. In addition, when we went there, we couldn't use one of the only two showers . And the price is very high. Really not worth it. All the customer looked angry when we were there. Just don't rent there. It's a bad place.

The place was the most dirty one I’ve ever visiter in my whole Life. Walls were stained with filth. Overpriced. I would call this a scam.

Location was good although the neighborhood was not the best.

We parked on the side of the house and our car was broken into. Also the downstairs had an odor.
