The location is perfect

It’s not that clean, also the street is really loud and the curtains are not covering you from lights

The place is well located. The building is pretty from outside.

- We met zero personnel in our entire stay. No one to greets us or to tell us how things work. - The rooms are extremely small. Our room had no lights. - Wayyy overpriced or a cheap hostel like that.

We booked three rooms. We arrived at 1:00AM and followed the directions to obtain access codes to the rooms online. The site did not accept last names and only one access code could be obtained. We called but the answering service could not confirm our reservations. We were forced to find rooms at a local hotel at 2:00AM. We trust that the full payment that we provided will be refunded as we we not able to stay at the facility and had to pay for rooms at a local hotel.

The main issue I ran into was that the code to the room did not work so I had to change my plans to work around trying to get ahold of the manager to help with that which took time. Since I was only staying for 1 night I had to completely alter my plans which was stressful an inconvenient. Parking was also stressful as well.

Despite the staff never being there, it is actually easy to get to the building and your room using the codes sent providing you have access to the Internet prior to arriving, which is not always the case in the USA.

The house is incredibly filthy. There is a note in the bathroom that the bathrooms are cleaned once a day but the dirt in the house is not a 1-day dirt. The whole place needs deep cleaning as it is simply gross.

Where I needed to be

Great location. Good back up support by booking.com. I had trouble finding it because there was no sign to indicate this was the location.

For some reason, I couldn’t get the email that had the room number code to open. Also, I had no electric power in my room. That was owing to a recent storm but still inconvenient. It was odd because the kitchen had power so couldn’t Be blamed on the storm.
