Location was very good, central , close to car parks and Waitrose.

Bed and pillows not comfortable. Kitchen units covered in finger marks/prints (shiny white units), black mould around the bath silicone and shower screen and screen leaked very badly every time used the shower

It was a wonderful space and very relaxing.

Excellent location right in centre of Lewes with bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Even though central it was a quiet and also very comfortable flat. Fabulously clean including kitchen and bathroom..

Would have benefitted from more cooking utensils for the oven and some simple instructions/ quick guide how to work it rather than the full installation paperwork but these are small constructive points and don’t detract from overall positive experience.

Comfortable, light, well-equipped, pleasantly decorated flat in a central location. Hosts responsive and easy to contact.

Bathroom extractor fan u/s. Bedroom outer window catch inoperable. Neither of these were serious problems.

The front door malfunctioned but host was there in minutes to sort it out

Host was available and came to meet me because I had failed to review the access photos on Booking.com. Very helpful. Location was fantastic for Lewes

Pillows - maybe a couple of different ones please

Staff were readily available by phone. Good instructions to access property. Great views of town. Everything required available.
