Sea Breeze House

Great house, spacious, light and comfortable. Loved the little welcome treats and the selection of games for kids. Thanks for letting us park the car early

Sea Breeze House was clean and well presented and within walking distance of both bays, Peasholm Park, Alpamare, shops, cafes, restaurants etc, so we managed to pack in a lot into a long weekend. The free parking was a great bonus and, at the time of our stay (early April), the street was nice and quiet. The owner was really friendly and helpful, quick to answer any questions, and left milk and biscuits for our arrival which was very thoughtful 🙂

very good comms from the host Simon. :) nice comfortable stay in a modern house with good facilities. The walk from the house to Scarborough centre is approx 15 mins. I would reccommend to others ideal for a few days or a weeks holiday.

The property felt like home from home, exceptionally clean, tidy and smart. Heating easy to control, beds very comfortable and excellent communication with the owner.

Nothing to dislike about this holiday.

House was very clean and tidy with everything we needed. Location was good: easy access to Peasholm Park and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast at a cafe 2 minutes walk away was very good. Parking was easy, and free with the 'scratch card provided', despite roadworks immediately outside the house.

Very little - the pillows on the bed felt a little odd,

The property was spacious, clean and very homely. It was a lovely place and would 100% recommend. Loved how it was very child oriented aswell, high chair available and children’s games and books.

Nothing to complain about at all!
