Sea Breeze House

The property was located in a very good location. Even though it was on street parking, there was no issues parking directly outside. The property was very clean and had all amenities you could want for a stay.

Sheets on the beds could have done with being deep fill ones. On both nights both me and my mum were having to constantly tuck the sheets back onto the corners which wasn't the most fun whilst you are trying to sleep.

Firstly, Simon was a great host. He sent me an email with all the instructions, key code, address etc. Entry via key box was so easy. First impressions were, what a lovely big house. Parking permit was on the table as we entered, and a packet of biscuits next to the kettle for our first cuppa. The kitchen is lovely and modern, the lounge diner nice and big, high ceilings, nice decor and spotlessly clean. The TV was massive, wi-fi good. The road is quiet so i had a great nights sleep in a big comfy bed. The shower was good in the morning. We walked to a cafe at the bottom of the road for breakfast (5 mins), then into a lovely park which lead down to the beach. On the evening we went to the pub at the bottom of the road.

I honestly can't think of anything I would change (except maybe the size of the WC?)

Just a beautiful house, with plenty of space and a high quality finish. Really handy to be able to park outside and walk into town. Simon was a responsive and friendly host.

The only thing missing for us was a colander as we had pasta for tea! Very minor and certainly didn't spoil our stay.

Excellent features within, perfect for a week stay with 2 kids. A short walk to peasholme park & the north bay sea front. 10 minutes from Aldi & town.

Great house to stay in. Had all ammienties you could need. Had parking permit to park which was a bonus but at weekends could get a but busy and had to park down the road. Lots of walks to go on around the area. Would definitely recommend 😊

LOCATION IDEAL FOR OUR NEEDS, LOVELY, CLEAN HOUSE, NICE MODERN DECOR AND FACILITIES. FREE PARKING, USING 24Hr PARKING VOUCHERS. THE HOST EVEN LEFT US BISCUITS AND ENOUGH MILK FOR THE LENGTH OF OUR STAY !!
