Clean and quiet. Enjoyed the highland cows also

It's difficult to see around the bushes when entering the highway.

Ein kleines zuhause vom zuhause. Das Zimmer ist unterteilt in einem Wohn.-Ess.- Koch. und Schlafbereich. Klein aber fein und wirklich gemütlich. Es hat alles was man braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen inkl. kleine Aufmerksamkeiten ( Knabbereien, Gewürze, Öl etc.). Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Da ich Hochlanfkühe super finde, war das mein persönlicher Highlight. Zwar darf man sie weder streicheln noch füttern aber sie zu beobachten war trotzdem cool.

Lovely views and peaceful. Loved the toiletries so much so I have now ordered the brand Faith in Nature. Jazelle was a lovely lady and very helpful.

We had difficulty operating the TV and Jazelle did assist us with that. Some instructions on operating the microwave would have been useful. Issues didn't spoil our stay.

Comfortable and well-equipped, very peaceful with views over the farmland and hills.

Just a bit too far to walk into town (along a main road). Would have ideally preferred somewhere closer to Haddington, but nothing suitable available on our dates.

Such a lovely place to stay and have the highland cows as your neighbours! The lodge had everything needed for a short or long stay and it is very close to Edinburgh, so you get the best of both worlds - city and countryside on your doorstep.

We loved the homely vibe with this farm stay, topped off by being able to watch the sunset, outside watching the highland cows. Everything was just perfect thank you😊
