Lotus Pod House Homestay

We enjoyed our stay, the owner was very nice and helpful, this is private room in family home and you have use of shared kitchen facilities and bathroom. Free parking on the street at the front of the house.

Welcoming and friendly host. Very comfortable bed. Lovely hot shower.

It's a little too noisy, but to be fair, it is a family home.

Host is a really polite and hospitable who makes you feel welcomed. Was extremely kind by lending me a phone cable.

Upon booking it was made clear that this is a family home, so it was important to go in with that expectation. Because of this, though, it meant that the place felt warm, homely and well looked after. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, allowing a later than normal check in and talking me through the place before letting me settle. I was also left alone to do my own thing as well which I really appreciated. Breakfast options were simple but absolutely delicious. Excellent value for money and I will definitely be back if visiting the area again.

Not much to be honest! Can feel a little awkward creeping into a homestay like this when you return after the hosts are asleep. However, that is to be expected with a stay like this.

Brilliantly spacious and comfortable room. Ron was very clear with check in instructions and very responsive through WhatsApp. Had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at his property.

Very welcoming, homely. A bit like a house share with the set up, but access to kitchen, fridge, bathroom clean. Sat at dining table for food.

Room was slightly on cold side overnight, and no lock on door which, although I didn't feel unsafe, having 2 men I didn't know sleeping in the house, as a women did take some getting used to.
