Very clean and spacious apartment. Amazing balcony with beautiful flowers and singing birds. All the amenities in the kitchen are available. Apartment is located 10 minutes from Santa Maria delle molle station where you can get to Roma in 20 minutes. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Best choice for individual travellers.

What I liked the most was the location, in a very quiet neighborhood. The room was also very comfortable.

The owner is friendly, but communication is hardly going beyond the check-in phase. Location is walking distance to city center.

It is not explicitly mentioned that the apartment is a shared one. Had a surprise during the night, people ringing on the door wanting to enter the apartment. The interior is decrepit and can only agree with one of commenters that the apartment is nothing for people who has dust allergy. Parking is close by, but during the evening and morning there was no free space, so be prepared to drive around to find one. Definitely not worth value for money you pay.

Apartment building doesn't feel too safe. There are video cameras in the public areas of the apartment. Two separate Roman friends told me to be careful of parking my car (newish VW Golf) outside of a garage in that neighborhood. Owner asked me if I had left the apartment door open on a morning I wasn't even there (could just have been bad luck for me but didn't help with what I already felt/was told about area).
