Das Klo funktionierte nicht wirklich, im Bad haben wir in der zum Glück letzten Nacht eine Kakerlake gefunden und gefangen.

Friendly staff, nice connected restaurant. The room was clean and very spacious with a separate lounge/kitchen as well as bedroom and bathroom. Free ear plugs were also provided....of which are needed as the nearby bars are blasting out music until 2am. It was the low season so the hotel itself was dead, but otherwise nice location, close to many restaurants and bars, as well as in walking distance to ADO station and collectivos. Bar on the roof is nice but wasnt open while I was there, the pool is small, but was fine given there were so few people there.

Seemed strange having a gas burner but no utensil/plates/saucepans etc, but this didn't cause me any issues as I was eating out.

The price, location, and staff. The bed was comfortable

Music is loud from 10-2am room is small Could have been cleaner (shower)

Staff were friendly. Staff communicated with us on WhatsApp. Staff told us about the Collectivo bus. Staff told us about the laundromat. Claudio told us about the free beaches that we can access in Tulum, Delek, Mia, and Dos Ciebas. We appreciate it, Claudio.

Great facility - but the hotel shakes at night from the loud music. Not much sleeping
