I’ve stayed at Hotel Noah twice and I’m already plotting on my return. The first time was on a solo trip for my birthday over the summer. I felt so safe and it was easily accessible to everything, so when it came time to book a winter trip with friends, Hotel Noah was a no brainer. From the moment you walk in, the hospitality and aesthetic is welcoming. There’s cute selfie mirrors everywhere, yummy healthy breakfast in the morning, delicious sangrias & coffee, and the pool & roof deck is open 24 hours. You’re right in the downtown area, walking distance to the best restaurants & bars, themed events (like Black In Tulum & Social Pub Crawl), Mexico Kan Tours (half day & full day excursions), and is a 30 minute ride to the Dos Ceibas Beach Club (which is included with your stay). Thank you Dante and the entire Hotel Noah staff for yet another memorable stay. ❤️

"Cute little Design Hotel with great bkfst"

9.0

The hotel is located on the main street in the city center. An inner courtyard opens up just behind reception, where breakfast is served in the morning. The rooms are spread over three floors with a fourth floor for a rootop bar and a rooftop pool. The design is beige or earthy with natural wood applications here. The design line is also continued in the room. Pleasant, slightly yellowish light under raffia lampshades. A small but functional bathroom rounds off the offer. The breakfast is outstanding with homemade fruit muesli, served on a small tower with toast, butter, jam, beans and scrambled eggs.

While the chef is extremely courteous and customer-oriented, the waiter with earphones seems unmotivated and untrained. If you are sensitive to noise, you should use the earplugs provided, as the guests of a bar next door party every evening.

"Nice Hotel, disappointed in Tulum city."

9.0

Had a great included breakfast. The staff were super friendly although a few had limited English—they tried! Outside bar seating was fun in the afternoon but restaurant closed at 4pm. Music from close by bars could be heard til after midnight.(our room was on the street side). This hotel is right downtown.

Tulum is a poor city. If you’re not on the beach, diving or visiting ruins, there’s not much to do. There are great restaurants but mostly tourist shops. It poured rain all 4 days we were there and our ruins trips got cancelled. Pool at the hotel was not great especially for kids. Off the main downtown drag, lots of garbage everywhere.

"Beautiful hotel"

10.0

Noah is right in the middle of Tulum Centro, less than 5 mins away from the colectivo station and the ADO bus station. Everyone at the hotel is lovely and incredibly helpful. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The rooftop and the rooftop pool were the cherry on top for me. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Tulum.

"Good place to stay if you want to be in the thick of Tulum town life"

7.0

Very chic, well done establishment in Tulum town, with young and welcoming staff, beautiful, spacious and tranquil rooms (I even took notes of the bedroom light setup as inspo to try at home!), modern bathroom and very comfy beds, linens, blankets and towels. Set on a well-lit street, short walk from everything in town, and 10min walk from ADO station. Breakfast is also a plus!

We were looking for a relaxing near-beach stay, and sadly did not get it for a few reasons! 1. I underestimated the "noise" comments in the reviews and should not have. I thought it would be mild; it was not. Noah is situated just across the street from a few incredibly noisy bars and hostels, which start their music at 6pm in the evening and close it off at 2am. Thanks to the earplugs provided, we managed to sleep, but it doesn't exactly add to the atmosphere when you can't relax in your own room pre-dinner after a long day of exploring. 2. I did not expect the number of small children that dominated the hotel during our stay. Nothing against the little ones, but Noah is quite a small hotel and with quite a few rooms looking inward (I imagine to preserve atmosphere and limit noise), so when you have quite a few young families running around, it's noticeable. From kids looking in through our windows, to families taking over the small pool for hours (on one occasion, one after another! Do note the pool is smaller than it seems in the photo on Booking) and, on our last morning, 2 fairly noisy families setting up breakfast together in the courtyard right under our window from 8.30am until ~10am. 3. This is nothing to do with Noah, but a useful thing to know - on the map, the beach is an easy 10min bike ride away. In practice, it does feel quite a bit longer! Tulum is pretty dominated by cars; be sure to get on the street with the bike lane which goes straight down to the hotel area (Av. Coba, across the street from the Super Aki) - it's not fantastically sign-posted, but it's essential to find for an even moderately enjoyable (and safe) ride down.

"Modern hotel with young, very friendly and helpful staff in the center"

Very chic, minimalistic and clean. Loved the huge bed and set up of the little apartment.

Nothing, everything was great. Big plus: very central location
