The hospitality and service of both Omar and Ibrahim. Upon arrival we received some tea and a short introduction to the history of the city. For the second day a guide was arranged by Omar upon our request, we would really recommend this! Arranging an early breakfast was also no issue. Highly recommend this stay.

Accoglienza eccezionale: Omar e gli altri ragazzi ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Hanno anche organizzato il trasferimento per noi dall'aeroporto. Posizione perfetta nella Medina di Fes, a due passi dalla porta blu, ma in un vicoletto che permette di dormire senza sentire i rumori esterni. Colazione abbondante e con prodotti freschi e vari, tra dolce e salato. Stanza piccola e stretta, ma letto comodo e aria condizionata in camera.

Unica nota negativa del soggiorno é stato un cattivo odore costante e molto forte che arrivava dal bagno della nostra camera.

Le Riad est super bien situé mais surtout, il a le personnel le PLUS sympathique de Fès! Un merci tout particulier à Omar et Ibrahim ainsi qu’à l’ensemble du personnel pour leurs sourires, leur disponibilité sans faille et à toute heure et leur gentillesse !

The hosts, Omar and his assistant, were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was HUGE. The room was very large and very unusual since it had a loft with two beds for our sons. They loved it up there.

The bathroom was just a smallish rectangle with an open shower on one end, the toilet at the other and a sink in-between. There was very little space to put our toiletries, so I shelf would have been helpful, And Moroccan hotels, in general, don't seem to use shower curtains, but not having one made it hard to not get water everywhere and made it hard/impossible for more than one person to use the bathroom at the same time. Since there were 5 of us, that was a challenge.

Ragazzi gentilissimi e accoglienti, colazione tipica buonissima e abbondante con attenzione per la mia alimentazione senza glutine. Struttura bella e curata con posizione strategica.

L’accueil est très chaleureux : Omar, Ibrahim et Hicham sont extrêmement gentils et s’assurent que leurs hôtes ne manquent de rien. Petit déjeuner très copieux, fait maison avec des mets traditionnels.
