Excellent staff service

Bathrooms are not convenient to use

Welcoming staff, very good breakfasts.

This was our first stay in a Riad so perhaps it’s normal, but our room was small and bedhead was right beside wall of the main stairwell so it was noisy; the double bed (we thought we were getting a queen size bed) was jammed against the wall so was difficult to get in and out of without disturbing the other occupant. The shower head was broken but was eventually fixed, however the bathroom floor was very wet and took some time to be safe to walk on.

La habitación familiar de la planta superior es enorme. Todo esta muy limpio y decorado muy bonito. El baño completo, con todos los accesorios. La zonas comunes, donde desayunamos, también muy bien. El trato del personal impresionante. Llegamos a las 02:30 de la mañana al aeropuerto, y Omar nos organizó todo para que un taxi nos recogiera en el aeropuerto y nos acercara a la medina. Después vino él personalmente hasta el taxi para acompañarnos caminando por el laberinto de la medina hasta llegar al Riyad. La verdad es que nos daba un poco de respeto llegar con dos niños a Fez a esas horas de la noche, pero Omar hizo que todo fuese de maravilla. El resto del personal del Riyad también nos pareció muy simpático. El desayuno, simplemente espectacular. Si algún día volvemos a Fez, sin duda volveremos a este Riyad.

Beautiful Riad in a great location in the Medina and close to the Blue Gate. Very clean and comfortable throughout. Excellent staff who were very welcoming and helpful and good fun. Breakfast is amazing.

Nothing to dislike. Wonderful stay and great value for money.

If you want to explore the medina, this was a great location. It was easy enough access to sites widely visited by tourists, the area where you can grab a cab was within minutes. We especially loved the fact that it was so close to the Blue door and a lot of restaurants. Our room was huge with a double bed and up the stairs were 2 twin beds. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated.

The bathroom had a smell but so did all the places we stayed at in other medinas around Morocco. The room is also open to the center where everyone eats so if you're not an early bird, the sound of people eating and talking carries up to the room pretty well and it can get get loud.

La hospitalidad de Salah, nos trató de ayudar en lo que necesitamos. El desayuno muy completo, la ubicación es excelente dentro del casco histórico. Hay recepción 24 horas. La decoración del lugar es hermosa, tal cual las fotos. Cumple con todas las necesidades de un hotel en cuanto a comodidad y hospitalidad. No se lo pierdan!

La habitación estaba en la PB cerca del comedor central del Riad, por los ruidos.

Excelente riad, en la medina muy cerca de todo. Camas cómodas y habitación muy amplia. El desayuno muy bueno y la atención del personal excepcional, sobretodo Omar estuvo atento de todo siempre muy amable y con una sonrisa.
