Sara our host was incredibly nice and helpful. There was nothing, we could not ask her. The apartment was located almost in the middle of Genova, but away from any loud roads or places. We loved it (and Genova) and for sure will come back.

My 14 year old son missed the wifi, which was almost not available inside the apartment. But outside on the lovely terrace it was okay.

Our host was very helpful and friendly, giving us tips on where to eat and places to visit. Although parking our large car was not possible on site, our host arranged parking at a local car park which was safe and secure.

There are a lot of hills in Genova so we got a real workout exploring the area!

The apartment itself is creating this awesome medieval vibe but with all the modern facilities and comfort level - definitely a great part of Genoa experience!

I was a bit surprised with toilet in the shower combo, but in the end it was not too bad

A very characterful and charming location within a building that accommodated a former convent. The wonderful sound of young children playing out in the street in class breaks. Sound of chiming bells from local church. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable double bed.

Rather dark during the rainy days but this is probably an asset in very hot weather.

The unit was clean and unique. The location was perfect for walking around. The host, Sara, was exceptional in her hospitality. She gave us suggestions for things to do and places to see and stayed in frequent communication with us to ensure our needs were met. We couldn't have asked for more!

Sara was a lovely host who made us feel at home immediately. She even picked us up at the garage to give us a lift to the apartment. The location is excellent. Very quiet but only a 10 min walk to the harbor.

a really beautiful place in the centre of Genua, comfortable and with a big terrace, the host -Sara- is a gem ! she’s pleasantly around with lovely tips for trips or restaurant; also good to know: dogs are very welcome (our dog loved the terrace as playfield)

we loved the appartment (it had everything we needed) and especially the terrace, the only ‘negative’ thing to keep in mind is that it takes a few stairs to get to the place (and back of course); this was not a problem for us but it’s good to take into consideration that there’s no elevator

Great property for our family of 3, our son (11) had his own room which he loved, he also loved the outside courtyard, a great space for all of us to sit and chill after a day of sightseeing. The location was excellent within a couple of minutes walk to two really nice restaurants, a bakery and food market. Also a short walk 10-15 minutes to the waterfront. A special mention to our host Sara who was amazing, so helpful with so many things and recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay at your lovely property, thanks Sara x

Sara, who rents out the apartment, is a fantastic host. She is very service minded and helpful. She helped with the luggage when we had to bring it from the rented garage to the apartment. She invited us for a glass of wine and does everything to make you feel welcome. The apartment is fantastically cool even when it is over 30 degrees outside. It is very cozy and is on the 1st floor with access to a very large terrace. There is air conditioning and TV with Netflix. There is a garage for the apartment, but the access road to it (up a steep street) only allows micro cars up to 163 cm in width. We can definitely recommend Sara's apartment in Genoa

Sara was a wonderful host. She took her time to recommend restaurants and cafés, and advised us where to park in Genua and also in Portofino on our day trip. She was available via WhatsApp whenever we had a question. The Apartment is very unique and reflects a lot of history. We really enjoyed the sun on the terrace. It's really quiet there because the windows are facing a pedestrian zone. There is water and coffee available for a small amount of money. If you arrive by car, please be aware that you cannot drop off your luggage directly at the apartment, but you have to walk approx. 3-5 minutes, depending on where you find a parking space (or you have a really small car which makes it through the pedestrian path / ask Sara for help :)). The parking spaces near the apartment cost some Euros per night - ask Sara for recommendation and she will guide you We really enjoyed our whole stay - it was wonderful!

Just an idea: Maybe add another light to the kitchen? It's a little dark there when cooking in the evening - however, the "fake" chandelier made of glasses looks amazing :)
