The Barn

The location was ideal for our trip. There is a comfy area to sit and admire the view over fields. Our hostess and host were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Wonderful location off the beaten track yet close enough to surrounding attractions ( e.g Warwickshire castle, British car museum and Royal Leamington Spa). Excellent hospitality, both very warm and welcoming and great breakfast.

What an amazing stay we had! The Barn is a beautiful building on a farm with the most spectacular uninterrupted views. The room we stayed in was lovely, clean, quiet, cosy and spacious - all the things you hope for. The facilities are all modern and the décor is just lovely. Breakfast was really good. What can I say, apart from we will definitely come back. I would recommend the Barn over a hotel as it just has so much going for it in terms of location and the feel. The final ingredient that made it such a lovely stay were the Hosts...Liz and Andrew are lovely people and they couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. You guys have got it just right including the price - however I think its worth a lot more per night, but I'm not complaining, it's great value. Highly recommend staying at the Barn and we look forward to returning.

The Barn is a beautiful, comfortable and exceedingly clean place to stay. Parking easy, lovely to have a sitting area where we could have a coffee and read/chill out and admire the views. Didn't use the patio/firepit on this visit but nice to have the option if you want it. Liz and her husband were so friendly and welcoming and that really made our stay special. Full English breakfast was great and all in all it was a very relaxing stay in a fabulous location, would certainly stay again if we re-visit the area. Short walk to the famous windmill, so we stretched our legs there after breakfast before heading home. Highly recommended.

Such a friendly welcome from Liz. A beautiful room in a converted barn. A lovely sitting area outside our room made everything feel like a comfortable home away from home. Great breakfast.
