Spotlessly clean and a really warm welcome from the hosts

Host, Liz was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Happy and on hand to help with requests and set up the fire pit for us to sit out in the evening. Breakfast was perfect with a range of options. Bathroom/bedroom equipped with all toiletries and little accessories. 100% recommend for a peaceful getaway!

The Barn is a stunning place to stay with stunning views and acceptional hosts, right from the offset they welcomed us both with a really friendly manner, they were very attentaive and made us feel very much at ease, the barn it self was exceptionally clean, fresh and very inviting, we had a the perfect room and our own very modern bathroom and shower, the bed itself was really comfortable and relaxing, we were both so happy with our stay and not to forget our breakfast was just the perfect amount to set us up the day. I must add that the poach egg was probably the best poached egg I've had in a very long time! Overall our we rate our stay a 10/10. We will both be definitely returning.

Liz is a great host that goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel right at home in her lovely barn! The freshly cooked breakfast is an absolute treat and Liz also has a wealth of recommendations on what to explore in and around Warwickshire. I highly recommend this bed & breakfast and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

It’s a beautiful place & Liz was a great host. We loved sitting round the fire pit in the evening enjoying the views. Breakfast was lovely too.

Absolutely fabulous bed and breakfast in a stunning location - looking out over the fields eating a yummy breakfast is wonderful! Liz was an absolutely fabulous host and made us feel very welcome. She was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back to the area to enjoy some of the lovely walks and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The property is located away from the road, so very peaceful Over looking fields It's an exceptional home, with a warm welcome. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Fluffy white towels, and a nice seating area
