員工親切跟小朋友互動很好，房間有點舊但很乾淨，早餐跟晚餐都很好吃，有機會會再入住

交通是我最不滿意的地方，你們明明在Booking賣房間為何訊息不看，要人打電話預約接駁，打越洋電話跟語言不通對外國人很困擾，入住那天我們背著行李走好久才到飯店，這是我不滿意的地方

有免費接駁車，我們從青森駅的東口派出所(小公園旁，有三角屋頂的派出所)前搭接駁車到旅館，隔天再從旅館搭接駁車到弘前駅，很方便。但建議旅館可放一些接駁地點及接駁車的照片，因為搭車地點沒有指示牌，我們當天很怕跑錯位置沒搭上車。 飯店提供的餐點，可以吃到不少蘋果料理，蘋果汁也是讓人眼睛一亮的好喝！ 蘋果浴池當天數過，總共有64顆蘋果，比我想像的還多😂 入住贈送一人一顆蘋果，看起來很普通，但意外的很好吃耶！

浴池地板有局部黑黑的，如果能加強清理會更好。

"苹果酒店"

温泉太棒了，晚饭很好吃，特别是苹果汁超级好喝。退房的时候下雪了，非常美。

地段太差了，建议大家坐接驳车来酒店。
