車に積もった雪を取ってくれるサービスまでしてくれ、とても配慮が行き届いていた！ シャンプーも選べ楽しかった！

Staff were amazing, and super friendly! They helped us book a shuttle into Aomori, so that we could spend the day exploring the city. We didn't book a shuttle back however, as it would have only given us 2 hours time to explore.

The rooms were very nice, though the bathroom and walls seem a bit dated. (You could tell it was clean, but there were stains and old splotches everywhere). The futons were also quite thin, so sleep was a little rough even with the tatami. The onsen was amazing, it was great to bathe in apples. But I will say there was quite a bit of rust around the onsen from all the humidity and one of the baths were out of order - but there was no sign so unless you were looking closely you may stumble into an empty pool.

Spacious rooms, facilities were good. The lounge area provided a relaxing environment with drinks. The large onsen and multiple baths was a huge bonus especially the hot spring bath full of apples

入住時 服務人員非常親切 填資料時就馬上準備好鑰匙非常有效率 有附贈迎賓飲料 還有 送幾顆蘋果 房間乾淨整潔 多元的浴場以及廣闊泡湯空間並且提供不同沐浴用品非常棒 室內溫泉有投入蘋果非常有趣 餐食非常好吃 各種選擇應有盡有 有提供現烤牛肉以及扇貝海鮮 非常滿意 若有來慶生的還提供特別慶祝 看到小朋友笑得非常開心 也很開心

浴場空間有點不乾淨 不確定是不是溫泉泉質或是排水問題造成的 地面非常滑 有可能造成長輩滑倒 有地方有積水 裡面都有藻類滋生 若能清潔乾淨會比較好
