It would have been a 10. The only issue is the Pin for the keylock was not updated to us. So we had trouble getting into the house on checking in with the non value pin However , a local number was given, and after a few tries, we got the updated Pin An email with the correct Pin was also issued around the timing of our call and check in

"Clean house in quiet neighbourhood"

The house is super clean, location is good in a quiet neighbourhood. Check-in & check-out very smooth. 1 car can park Inside, and another 1 or 2 cars can park outside. The house is exactly like advertised in the booking.

The TV language is in Mandarin/Chinese, so we need to Google Translate. Perhaps the default language can be in Bahasa Melayu or English to cater for multiracial tenant staying here. No Netflix or Astro.
