West Prime Hotel

Breakfast choice was limited but acceptable. The chef made my eggs over medium and then came out to check to see if that was correct. Other meals in the restaurant were quite good. Lots of choices and serving sizes were generous. The staff is excellent and strive to please. Room is clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. If you are in Calbayog I would recommend this hotel for your stay.

Hotel is still new and beddings smell clean. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly.

I arrived at the hotel around 1pm and yet the room is not ready. So i was transferred to another room which is uncomfortable. Balcony has faulty lock and bathroom is a bit smelly from the drainage. I just don't like the fact that at the very beginning, they already know the issue of room 306 yet they accommodate me in that specific room. I reported the issue at 3pm and nobody has reached out til 6:30pm. Another follow up has been made before i was transferred to another room.

I like ghat the staff were accomodating at the room and bathroom was clean with cold aircon. Pillows were soft and bed was sparkling.

The room was small. There was a cabinet blocking the view of the tv form the other bed
