Comfortable bed

No window, limited parking space, saw a cockroach at the rest room but it was cleaned right away when requested

The place is clean, but need to improve the facilities.

The receptionists should learn how to deal with their costumer with respect. They need to have good communication with their own people especially if their some cases or problem with the facilities. They should train their receptionists how to answer to people and refrain from being rude.

The staff are super friendly and hospitable and did their best speaking English. We ended up staying 5 nights here and were not disappointed at all. The rooms are comfortable and are cleaned daily upon request. There is an excellent laundromat next door as well. Cafe Dania is right next door if you need an iced coffee. Highly recommend.

The only negative was the rooms are not sound proof at all. You can hear everything happening outside in the corridors. The music from the neighbourhood was so loud one night but I guess there are no rules with that here!

The second time we stayed and nothing changed much since first visit. Fair breakfast. Good location. Very clean.
