West Prime Hotel

Food at the restaurant: Excellent I've stayed at WP many times because I fly back and forth from Manila every other month. It is only 15 minutes from Calbayog airport. I checked Excellent on every category as West Prime is easily the best hotel in Calbayog.

Just a minor issue. I am a US resident and carry a Chase debit card and for whatever reason it never works at WP but does elsewhere in PI.

Free breakfast at the cafe. Good menu selection. Rooms were clean and bright.

During our stay, we encountered a very concerning incident. My nephew’s AirPods went missing from our room. We reported it to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager, providing proof of the location through the AirPods' GPS tracking connected to his phone. To our surprise, the AirPods were anonymously returned to our room later that same afternoon. While we’re relieved to have them back, the situation raised serious concerns about staff integrity and guest security. We never received an explanation or apology, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and unsettled. We chose this property expecting a safe and welcoming environment, but this experience fell short of that standard. I hope management takes this incident seriously and takes steps to ensure the safety and security of guests’ personal belongings in the future.

The hotel was great

The Hotel is nice but the rooms is a bit smaller and the toilet is no toilet handle to put the toilet paper. The breakfast is not much to choose perhaps is only complementary breakfast.

The Place is nice and safe and friendly staff 😊.

Old but they keep it clean and I love the the entrance and how it’s solid all the foundation looks so strong and like what I saw in Europe.

The property itself is good, but when I went to the bar, I waited for so long for someone to serve me, like I didn’t exist, The staff were good when they start talking to you but very slow when it comes to see you,
