ARA Beach Resort Mirissa

Staff that worked were wonderful, in particular the lady at the reception. She had a warm smile and did the best she could to make our stay pleasant. The room was clean and the balcony was great. Great view!

Hotel was almost empty, no real atmosphere. The breakfast was bland.

The hotel doesn't have blankets the bedsheets smell very bad. I literally took the pillow case of and covered it with my scarf. The washroom was dirty as well. I have suspicion staff are sleeping in guest rooms. Which I don't understand but I expect bedding to be clean. When we came the washroom smelt bad as well

excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. they made us fell very welcome. the views from the triple corner rooms are very very impressive and the room itself was huge with lots of storage and large bathroom. the Sri Lankan breakfast was one of the best I’ve tasted, you should definitely try that. the best part as I have said is the attentive staff. they were so friendly and exceeded our expectations. be sure to pre order meals ahead of time to give the staff a heads up and you’ll be fine. the staff will also assist you in booking Tuk tuks into Mirissa (few minutes away) and they’ll also assist you in booking an airport transfer. the van from hotel to airport for 4 of us cost 27,000 LKR. great deal.

It is right next to the sea, so you can wake up to the beautiful waves. It is 2.2 km away from the central.

My wife and i both enjoyed our stay at the hotel, management and the staff led my Mr miran was more than kind and helpful during our stay, will definitely visit again soon.

Everything was perfect and I can totally recommend staying in this hotel. The staff is beyond professional. The hotel and pool zone is very clean. Breakfasts are delicious and there are a few options to choose from. Location is just a few steps from the ocean. 10/10.

It was nice to be able to hear the waves, since the hotel is right on the beach. The room was big and clean, water was hot and the pressure was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
