Off the Beach

It was near where our other family was.

We were not informed there would be other people and a dog on the property. Seeing a man walk outside and pee was not my favorite moment. They should have let us know there would be others there.

The host lied when she said that the property is just for us, I asked before we booked! there was an RV on the property and someone was living there! Creepy … I asked two days in advance for access code and she was rude not answering and then when she finally answered she said she will cancel my reservation if I want. We asked for access code, we did not ask for cancelation! Total disastrous communication, host did not make an effort to make us feel welcome. We did not feel safe knowing someone was living in that RV in the yard! The yard was dark no lights you could not see where you’re stepping… Yard maintenance was not done, dog poops everywhere, grass not cut and clutter in the yard all kind of items spread in the yard, not an attractive site for sure we won’t go back ever. It’s a shame because inside the house was renovated and comfy but as soon as you stepped outside was creepy.

The home is large with plenty of space. The inside is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of counter space in the kitchen, and cozy furniture.

The only inconvenience was the washer and dryer didn't work.

I love the space the home has for a family vacation. The location was closed to many different attractions around Myrtle Beach.
