The Potting Shed

The hosts were absolutely amazing! They made homemade bread, cookies and jam for us, and left eggs and bacon in the fridge. The hospitality was honestly a 10/10. The place was nice, quiet and comfortable and perfect for a little getaway.

There were a few spiders in the room but that was to be expected and no fault of anyone

Kaye’s luxury tent was absolutely all of that! What a must see, and a must do for anyone wanting to stay in the area! I wish we had more time to enjoy this fantastic jewel! The bed was absolutely, super comfortable! And the separate kitchen shed was great for any early birds who get up and don’t want to disturb their partner. Then there is the new bathroom shed that has the comfort out of the outdoors, while being totally secluded. Not to mention the wonderful grounds that they have set up for their guests. I can go on and on, but it is some thing that you’ll have to experience! Go now! It’s a Glamping paradise!

As pre-briefed, the Wi-Fi was lacking, but Kaye’s hospitality, and providing hen-fresh eggs and plums from her tree, as well as other gifts in the kitchen, made up for the weakest Wi-Fi connection. Didn’t even miss it.

It’s quirky and quite

Loved this quirky place. I was welcomed by owners and showed how everything worked. I was amazed by the space I had to myself. From the bedroom, kitchen, shower, toilet and outside area. Sleeping in a very cozy bed in the potting shed was so peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need including a fridge and hob. The shower and compost toilet are just for you, behind the potting shed. The outside space has seating areas for dinner or a glass of wine. There's even a fire pit. Perfect hideaway. The personal touches made me feel at home. I will definitely be back soon
