I stayed for one night and had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Yusuf at the front desk and Manager Wazir, who took good care of me. The hotel's interior design was impressive and amazing with breathtaking views from the windows. I appreciated the flexibility with breakfast too - despite needing to leave for the airport around 6:45 am, a hot cooked breakfast was served to me ahead of the listed time of 7:30 am. Thank you again for the nice hospitality.

This was the second of my two recent stays in this hotel. My second stay was better than the first. Upon checking in, reception upgraded me to a chalet due to being a returning guest, which I very much appreciated. The chalet was very nice and had a much better bathroom than the cheaper rooms (including separate shower area). I was made to feel very welcome. The hotel is very clean throughout. Once again the restaurant provided good quality food for my evening meal. The staff are polite and helpful. They provided a complimentary ride to the airport when I checked out.

As before, Wi-Fi was quite unreliable. The chalet badly needed soundproofing. A dog was barking very loudly during the night which made it difficult to sleep. This time, there was coffee at breakfast (the first time there was none) but only instant, and there was no hot water to make it.
