PC Legacy Skardu

This was the first of two stays I recently had in this hotel. The quality of the food in the restaurant is very good. I enjoy my evening meals there. The hotel is very close to Skardu Airport and offers complimentary rides to and from it. The staff are polite and helpful. The hotel is clean and the grounds are very pleasant.

The shower is not enclosed, so water goes all over the bathroom, including over the radiator. The rooms should be soundproofed - I heard a lot of noise from the courtyard during the night. Wi-Fi was quite unreliable. No coffee at breakfast. On my second night, there was no room for me in the restaurant as there was a large group. I was seated in the lobby area where the tables were far too low for eating. Eventually when the staff noticed me sitting on the floor to eat, they brought me a proper dining table and chair. The hotel overcharged me when checking out. I was charged additionally for breakfast even though it was included in the rate. I didn't notice this until after I left. However, I advised reception of this error during my second stay, and they refunded me. The hotel has a lot of potential but I would say is not currently 4-star standard and does not live up to the PC name.

No hot water in our chalet

The property was very close to the airport - we walked! The staff were very helpful and gave us an extra complementary room and also complementary breakfast that day because we arrived early in the morning. Their transport manager was very helpful in arranging a car and driver for us.

1. Location is great. Just outside the airport. 2. Staff was very friendly and helpful and tried their best to find solutions to the issues we faced.

1. Bathroom didn’t have separate shower section. This would be acceptable if after shower the water would flow towards the hole. Unfortunately water went in every direction except the right one. Even after whole night, water stayed in bathroom. Upon complaining, we were moved the Chalet, which had separate shower section. 2. Unfortunately shower section in Chalet didn’t stop the water and again water went to whole bathroom. 3. In Chalet, toilet seat lid was broken and moved everywhere. 4. There were cockroaches in Chalet. 5. In Chalet, warm water only came after opening tap for very long time. As soon as we closed the tap, we had to do the same trick once again. It was impossible to take warm shower in Chalet. We asked to be moved back to our room and simply asked to be given a wiper that we could use the wipe the water manually towards the hole. 5. Breakfast was very basic and not suitable for international travelers as all the dishes were very spicy. We were only left with toasted bread and egg.

Hello. I travelled with my family towards skardu. We chose PC legacy as our desired choice as a hotel because i thought it would be a safe option considering how well PC keeps their standards. Let me tell you i was so wrong. The hotel is still under construction so much noises destroy the peace you travel to skardu to enjoy. Not to mention they have severe sanitation issues the bathrooms smell badly. There are little to no amenities in the hotel. The electrical appliances constantly flicker and shut down a lamp even exploded. The rooms are absolutely subpar considering the amount they are charging. The only positive thing i would say is their restaurant that is top notch. The staff is really good but they cannot fix the management issues. PC needs to look into this and stop booking untill they can fix their issues. I was initially staying for 5 days i checked out after 3 days because it was unbearable to live there. Moved to a nicer and calmer place was the best decision i ever made. Who so ever reads my comment please stay anywhere else if you can this hotel is extremely pathetic. The restaurant is good rest all of it is a waste of money.

The chalet room was nice and much better than the rooms in the main building. Breakfast is simple. Coffee was not included in the breakfast package which it should. Need more soundproofing. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel location is good, convenient. Nice staff, helpful. Kitchen staff nice. Room was too noisy, need soundproofing. Before arriving the hotel was very helpful in making travel plans according to our needs and Ragasha Experiences made a good trip plan for us! Driver Irfaan was skilled and helpful in every way.
