Location and big room

As our plan changes, we extended our stay by making an entirely new booking for an additional night. Despite checking in five hours after our initial checkout, we were assigned the exact same room, which had not been serviced at all. Trash from our previous stay remained, and old towels were still in place. When we requested a cleaning, which is a standard expectation for any new booking, the hotel incredibly asked us to pay an extra fee. This is not acceptable, a new booking should guarantee a clean room. In the end, the only 'service' provided was a set of fresh towels.

I like the location. Walking distance to cafes/shops.

The pictures are better than the actual room. The bathrooms need to be updated as they have mold. They only give you 2 towels and they were stained. The apartment also felt dirty and the floors looked like they needed a deep cleaning. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Super high quality, great facilities. Really clean and nice space

Room was comfortable. Great bed. View was great. Rhr rooftop view was absolutely amazing. Wasn't expecting that. Good gym.

Business center desk and chairs could have been more comfortable. There isn't desks in the apartment rooms.
