La ubicación, las vistas y el rooftop

La habitación no estaba limpia cuando entramos (suelo, pero sobre todo pelos en la pared de la ducha de huesped anterior) y a pesar de que lo notificamos en recepción a la mañana siguiente, no fueron a limpiarla. Tuvimos que reclamarlo de nuevo hasta 3 veces, pidiendo incluso una compensación, y finalmente sí limpiaron para las últimas 24h pero no se nos compensó de ninguna manera. Una lástima porque por todo lo demás, repetiría.

Modern, clean property centrally located for the sightseeing we had planned in CDMX. Metro line located directly in front of the property, although certainly walkable to many of the reastaurants, and sights. The staff were very pleasant and respectful. The building is secured at all hours, as well as being located in one of the safest areas of the city. The rooms were impressive in size with kitchen, dining area, pull out bed, separate and private bedroom and bath.

We had issue with our AC not working correctly after the third night. We were out and about during the day, so we just opened the sliding door upon arrival back to our room for ventilation.

Maybe the only good thing about this property is location

The rooms were dirty and staff was a bit rude

Muito bom, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, tudo bem limpinho e chuveiro bom. A localização é o ponto alto, bem no miolo de Roma Norte, que é um bairro maravilhoso, com muitos cafés e restaurantes por perto e fácil acesso a transporte público e uber/taxi. Me senti muito confortável de andar por ali, mesmo estando sozinha.

O único ponto que achei um absurdo foi pagar pelo serviço de quarto (400 pesos), que na minha opinião, deveria estar incluso na hospedagem, ainda mais considerando que o valor da hospedagem não é barato. Nunca tinha ficado em hotel com serviço de quarto a parte.

L’établissement est bien situé, c’était bien d’avoir une cuisine complète pour le petit déjeuner, le personnel était très accueillant et nous ont aidé à trouver une solution pour le stationnement de notre véhicule qui est hors normes. Les installations (gym et terrasse sur toiture) était agréable.

I rented an apartment without breakfast

I asked for an early check-in through their online system, but never received a proper confirmation. Once at the hotel, the staff could not confirm whether a room was available until after waiting 45 minutes. I was able to pay for an early check-in. The kitchen was out of order. It was not fixed by the administration during my stay. It is important to note that my company rented the apartment for four days. I paid for an extra day through Booking to stay in the room until 5 pm.
