All ok, no problems

Central location, easy walk to the town. Very well equipped kitchen which is spacious. Great hall area to change boots and dry dogs at the back door. The garden is secure and dog friendly. Bathroom is great with a good shower.

The double bed was tiny- smallest ever double bed I've slept in. It was also very soft and uncomfortable which spoilt our stay. There was no way of controlling the heating and we found the bedroom too hot, especially in such a small bed.

The location good for beach and town centre which is all dog friendly, about a 12 min walk. Very clean property and fairly well equipped, a few more serving dishes would have been helpful and wooden spoons for example but then not everyone needs that. Good oven. good shower and lovely bathroom. great private and secure garden that the dog enjoyed. dog friendly space. Quiet too. Some small throws provided which we didn't use as we brought ours. Plenty of towels provided. Nice touch for us to find a couple packets of crisps and two small bottles of lemonade upon arrival. Free parking good too.

Bed - extremely small and uncomfortable with not much space either side to get in and out. Not really a double, unless two small children will be sleeping there. Difficult to find the place as the sign had fallen off and was lying in the grass on the bank at the entrance of the drive. Called to ask for directions but went to voicemail, I did make a second call once we found it! Sofas were not comfortable either, although one of us did sleep on it the second night as the bed was too small. Very, very cold in the place and not able to adjust the temperature to ensure warmth and comfort. The previous reviews said the place was cold, so we brought extra duvet and blankets which helped. The extra heater didn't do much. Two internal doors were removed, why? surely warmer with them. TV - no channels on it, only apps to access and not everyone has Netflix etc If you get the ferry at the harbour to ride the steam train, (£3 adult and £1 for the dog), be careful as you get off on huge pebbles. The steam train ride is about 15 mins, but when you get there, Fairborne (?) there is nothing there to see. The view of the trip is pleasant, but at £27.50 return for 2 people is NOT value for money. Great little shops, pubs and places to eat, all dog friendly. The Lobster Pot does a great breakfast.

Location was pretty good, easy enough access to the centre of town. We had pretty much all we needed for our short stay. Great shower. Easy enough to park the car.

Bed wasn't the best, probably down to being on the small side. Another thing we missed having was no live TV, just to get a quick look at the current news.
