Condado by Otium

One of the best affordable property rentals that you can rent for on the beach and have a blast mind you they have a miniature basketball court gaming room with an arcade and arcades in it. It’s amazing thank you so much.

I would put 5 stars but it’s not exactly like the picture but the place is in a good area.

I loved staying at Condado by Otium! The property was maintained well, it was right up the street from the beach, and a laundromat is right next door! A 10/10 experience

Upon arrival, we noticed that the area was poorly lit. It took us a while to get into the property. We had to communicate for 20 minutes with the property manager. Finally got into the unit. There was no bedding on either bed, or towels But there was dirtyv bedding/ towels from the previous tenant in the hallway. Also, trash from the previous tenant was still in the room. It took. A day for them to get us linens as well as the towels which were supposed to be included.vWe ended up buying our own. Also one of the bedroom's air conditioners was not working and no one came to fix it till day three. Communication was very poor, & i didn't feel heard. The biggest problem was that there was a connecting door that was left unlocked. We didn't know what the door led to, we opened it to find a ypung woman, scared & in a towel. It was unacceptable. We felt horrible and apologized.

this was a decent place and i am not picky but i was not warned of how noisy it is at night. we were the first door when you come in and there is barely a hallway to get to the room. we could hear everything outside the door and the windows. it sounded like the windows were opened the whole time. the place was clean and had all of the necessities. the windows also are just blurred and can’t actually see out of them. the wifi only worked the first day so keep that in mind. we didn’t have any table, but it was similar to a studio apartment so it probably wouldn’t be able to fit but none of the pictures online showed rooms without the kitchen table so we were surprised. overall i would rate it a 3 as the location was good and safe. 5 min walk from beach access.

It was a building next to a dry cleaners that looked in poor condition. The noise from the dry cleaners in the morning woke me up. At first I thought it was construction. Next, little bugs appeared in the bathroom sink and in the kitchen. The first evening we noticed mold on the ceiling, we wanted to leave the place immediately but could not get our expensive amount back. We needed towels, after the second day. Anything extra, we had to pay for it. We booked for four days! No one to speak to but a person hired through Optium. The floor and walls were scratched and in poor condition. We definitely didn’t get what we paid for. Almost forgot there were streaks and water marks on the blue walls. There was no closet or any bureau where I could hang my clothes. We lived out of our suitcases. On a positive note can say that our refrigerator worked and our air conditioning worked well.

Fees upon fees and when you think it’s over, there’s another one. Don’t bother asking for anything during your stay they won’t send anyone to help. And when it’s time for checkout, they ask for more money. Our room leaked from 4 different places when it rained overnight and there were puddles on the floor when we woke up.

Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better.
