Nothing

Went to check in and was told that we didn't have a room and we had to go searching for something else. Was told that they are changing hands. We traveled from Wisconsin and just got there at 330am which we mentioned in booking the room. No one informed us of them canceling our room. I will never go there again. There was no one at the desk and they made me call a number. Its so pathetic.

Primero no Wi Fi no TV no desayuno el cuarto super sucio y no había elevador y tuve que subir mi hija por la escalera en silla de ruedas no vuelvo jamás y no lo recomiendo a nadie

Devolver el dinero es lo mejor es increíble lo que sucedió en el hotel

When we got there we was informed there was no wifi, cable, elevator, pool was told there was a change of ownership but I scheduled this room weeks ago someone could of emailed and told me the situation I would of had a chance to book different hotel

Everything no breakfast no toilet paper in room stain on comforter that was less than desirable threw it on the floor

"Did not stay EXPECTING A REFUND from my PREPAID Reseverations"

STAY AWAY! I booked and PREPAID for two nights. When I arrived there was no clerk at the desk. Three hand written signs stated: Sorry our elevator is not working - Sorry we have no WiFi - Sorry we have no cable TV. Finally a clerk arrived - I told her I had a Prepaid reservation. She informed me they severed their relationship with 3rd party booking services. Also told me the only room available was on the 3rd floor. I told her I was 75yo with a heart condition and could not walk up 3 flights of stairs. She said that she would cancel my reservation and I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND from the booking company. Thus far - NO REFUND, NO COMMUNICATION! 4 days now. Don’t be deceived by the ‘favorable’ photos on the booking site as I was.
