UAApartments is really nice and comfortable.we felt at home far from home. Helpful host. Very good location, close to Jesselton ferry terminal and to all other places you want to visit in Kota Kinabalu. The view from the apartments is just the best. There is good swimming pool in condo.
1 towel is not enough for 1 week. Things were difficult to dry. Towels were wet all time.

CNThe geographical location is very convenient. The convenience store and restaurant downstairs meet the travel needs. The room is very spacious and has everything. It is very happy to travel and live here with friends. The landlord is very friendly and responsible. Don't miss this one！
JPThere are 4 elevators so we don't need to wait long. There is a coin laundry on the ground floor which was very convenient. The pool was open from 7am to 9pm. Easy access. Great! During the day, we go shopping and take tours to Sapi Island and Mount Kinabalu, so we rarely spend time in the room. If you're just looking to sleep in, it's very comfortable and a great value. I highly recommend here. The view from the window is wonderful! The corner rooms are large enough for me, my husband, and two small daughters.

HKMs Leyla is very nice and helpful, quick response. The flat is clean especially the sofa, excellent seaview, convenience to the swimming pool. Transportation no matter for grab or private car is also easy arrive the entrance of bldg. We will defintely come again.
If really need to say what could be improve, i can say the followings Ventilation fan for two bathrooms are recommended. Wifi sometimes was unstable, it happen once a day but not really affect our movie during bedtime movies. Tlle edges of shower rooms could be bleach to make the look more bright and clean. Anyway, our family is 100% love the unit.
