MYComfortable bed, spacious, clean and well decorated unit. Complete basic amenities, hair dryer, iron, kettle and shower gel. The unit have great view too. Easy to check in and check out. Near to Jesselton jetty (access to Manukan, Sapi & Mamutik island). No designated parking for the unit.
Towel material not absorb water enough.
BNThe rooms are all clean and they provide complete facility, plenty of spare pillows and blankets. Utensils everything we need on our holiday. Their staff, Ms Leyla especially very helpful and sweet! We will definately be back!
SGDecent amount of space for a smallish unit. Two bathrooms. Responsive host. Homemade snacks available for purchase. Lots of eating options very close by. Parking (pay) in the complex, but reasonably priced.
Hand towels for the bathroom would be nice. Also, a toaster would be nice. A/C OK, but could be a bit more powerful. Despite having 5 elevators in the complex, the wait for an elevator was at times long. The elevator system logic probably needs to be adjusted.
MYWe had good sleep throughout the whole stay cause the bed is soft and had a great family-bonding time there. Love their big couch because we could all snuggle together. Suitable for a small family of three to four people. The place has a handful of good restaurants nearby too so you don’t have to walk too far to get food.
The parking fee isn’t free but it’s worth the stay there.

CNThe location is opposite the Jesselton Quay ，Need hailing Online taxi，if you want to the center of the city,But it's a small city it's okay. The landlord always answer quickly to your questions in Booking，Convenient to check in.The room is clean，having sea view and two bedrooms
The quality of the bed and beddings is not good，It is noisy in night because of near the road.

MYBig space corner unit, great view. Room was being fixed when I came. Shows that maintenance is actively taking place for better comfort of guests.
CNSeaview is beautiful. The house is bigger than other apartments. The house has kitchen and two toilets. It is a cozy and bright house.
We book the room for 4 people, but here are only two towels in the room. The slippers are plush, but not plastics. They can not be washed and disinfected before we use. It is not convenient.
