Global Luxury Suites at Downtown Phoenix

It was a nice place other than the issues I ran into.

My hotel room was dirty when I arrived with the room being completely opened and keys inside the room. Bathroom didn’t work for over 12 hours and had to struggle to use the bathroom. It took customer service 4 hours to get us help. Until now customer service has not helped me with all the issues I had and deny to refund. I have been calling Global luxury suits every week since my stay and they have been not helpful whatsoever.

The parking and customer service was awful.. I called several times to get my parking tag and it wasn’t dropped off till the next day. The parking spot was so small that I was stuck and had to pay for an uber to go anywhere

Well appointed apt. Great amenities

- Bedroom could lose the TV and stand. Difficult to navigate and walk around. Furniture (dresser) too big for room size.

Everything. Literally.

Facilities were super nice. Pool was super luxurious common areas were super clean and amazing. Check-in was relatively easy if you’re good with technology and convenient as well. Aesthetics of the building were beautiful.

It’s a little bit further away from the main things to do downtown, but not too far. The bedding was obviously not cleaned. Well there was small hairs on the bedding and a smell. I washed myself. No one ever came with bedding like they said they would. Communication with the property was really hard.
