Global Luxury Suites at Downtown Phoenix

Location / Rooftop pool / Wasn’t that busy

No hand soap in room / no towels at pool / Garbage overflowing at front door for days

Very lux and the overall facility was great, it’s nice to have your own apartment to enjoy a vacation

Lots of things: 1) unreliable/unaccessible customer support, 2) lack of bathroom amenities (cheap snd very little bath products, no hand soap, only 1 set of towels for each person 3) parking at night is unsafe and very difficult 4) no real attempt to fulfill service requests (parking permit, extra towels, late check out) 5) very very small bedrooms 6) pre programmed AC 7) water filter was needing replacement

Could not get room code. No concierge as promised. Both emergency contact phone numbers called....not one returned my call!

The room was very modern, nice.

My God! ITS AN AIRBNB! There no staff, no housekeeping and rules, rules RULES! Fobs don't work. 2 other guests having the same trouble. Finally, one of the tenants that actually live there told us what to do. I still had to call global luxury suites. Spent an extra hour on the phone trying to figure out why my fobs didn't work only to not get any resolution at all and there's nobody to talk to at the building. The lobby is empty and as always empty. There's no parking unless you purchase it ahead of time which was not an option on booking.com. so you have to park on the street. It's in downtown Phoenix and the skyscrapers are mixed with crack houses. So you have to park on the street in poorly lit neighborhoods and if by some miracle you're able to park on the same street as the building you'll consider yourself blessed because twice I had to park a block away. As far as the rooms go, the bed is not very nice and if you're going to have some quality time with your significant other, you can count on it to make a lot of noise for your neighbors to hear. Please take my word for it and save your money and your time. I would have paid way more to avoid everything.

Thé hallways to the apts. felt very un-modern and old while the other spaces and the apt was nice and modern.
