Global Luxury Suites at Downtown Phoenix

Before you head to the property, you need to call them for parking because we had a lot of issue with parking. We were not aware of it and also they had a big event so there was four blocks blocked so we needed to park far. But overall, the location was perfect and beautiful.

We got a key that opened the garage so we thought it was OK to park in the garage yet we were towed out of the garage that we had a key for. It became a nightmare getting our rental back out of the tow yard. You guys need to be a lot clear on whether or not you’re allowed to park in the garage.

Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Wish communication between the guests and staff was more efficient. Everything was communicated through email- (delayed responses) On site staff members can not assist guests with their stay as they are not associated with guest stays. Overall rating 7/10.

The pool w And fitness room was top tier

Getting into the property was the worst. I was racially profiled and couldn’t check in which made me loose my reservations to an event I was suppose to attend for my bday .

Parking was a bit difficult, water not always hot, No one on site to help.

The check-in process is absolutely awful. Do NOT give them your credit card information. I called customer service to avoid having to do this. Once I checked in the experience was great. It's an apartment building with excellent amenities on the top floor. Great option for a work trip

Well furnished and appointed with more than you need from utensils to cookware to paper towels and bathroom towels etc. Full fridge and full size washer and dryer Amenities spaces were very comfortable and the coffee machine was a great feature Free fast Wi-Fi was great Very close to the airport Walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants

- Check In Process could be better: Once inside the property it was simple to get the keys and parking pass. To enter the property for the first time you need to download the STRAITS app. This needs to be activated before use. I had to call Customer Service a couple of times to get this done. The app stopped working after 2 days but by then I had a fob and did not need it. - Water pressure was weak and water was only lukewarm.
