The location is lovely

Thea acoustics of the separating rooms are the worst I have ever experienced. I could hear everything in the neighboring rooms and especially above. Literally everything. First night I got about 3 hours broken sleep due to the snoring of a man above. I asked the next day if I could change rooms, but I was advised that the occupier had gone and another person was in that room. However again I could hear the snoring so loud again that even with ear plugs it was like the man was in my room! I had to play music on my phone to help drown it out. Additionally, staff in a room 3 rooms away form me and upstairs had their window open and were talking very loudly at 1:45am and I could hear it my my room, I initially thought they must be outside by the pool area, so went to have a look and was going to politely ask them to keep it down, I was shocked to realize that they were a room. Both days the people upstairs got up at 6am and because the sound separation is so poor I heard everything from their alarm, them coughing, farting, urinating, washing. So my second night I again had approx. 3 hours broken sleep. As a noise consultant, I am suitably qualified to advise that the separating floors certainly do not meet current regulation standards. Don't even start me me the restaurant....

Super friendly staff and lovely warm outdoor pool.

Wine choice limited. Bed not overly comfy.

Dinner menu was restricted to "chek;'s specials" most days

Staff were very helpful room was spacious

Hotel was ok , some of the staffs English was not good but tried and were helpful , we had had one evening meal there was ok but not great

The Hotel was in a nice area, the room was a good size and to be fair the room was clean.

Upon arrival the hotel was locked however the (manager) came to let us in and just told us where our room was he did not offer to help. during the night there was an almighty noise outside the room window it was like a fog horn and very loud we could not sleep at all, i called the manager who told me he could not do anything until morning so we will just have to put up with it. the next morning we went to reception to report the shower did not work and the noise in the night. we were told the shower will be fixed and as for the noise (tough) if we want another room then look for another hotel, was his reply. He was arrogant and did not care in any way. so in short for the money we paid it was not a good stay at all. if you can find another hotel first then please do this would only be my last resort.

The outdoor heated pool was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included which was a bonus.

The hotel was very isolated if you didn't have a car. The hotel did a dip and dine at the weekend which meant that there were lots of non residents using the pool. Although there was plenty of choice of main course the dessert choice was very limited.

Location was good in a very picturesque part of the Island

Staff were hard to find. One member of staff covering reception and bar. Reception closed at times. Decor very drab. Rooms small. Value for money very very poor. Will never stay here again

The nights were very quiet

The garden needed a lot of attention,could be made to look lovely but at the moments it has weeds everywhere coming up through patio slabs etc
