Saints Bay Hotel

Super location, great view from balcony. Room was well appointed. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate your needs - I feel this was the hotel's greatest strength.

Would have liked to see a more variable evening meal menu, the prices reflected the high standard the chef has achieved but a couple of 'simpler' meals are sometimes all you want after a long day out.

It was clean - the pool was a good temperature.

I have never experienced such an appalling time. Unfortunately my stay can only be described as a disaster. The most inhospitable staff. The only star was the lady on reception, however she has to manage the bar at the same time. Never again!

The location was beautiful, the cliffs, the bays and beaches, the coastline, all spectacular and very peaceful.

The hotel needs updating. Everything was 'tired' - shows every sign of lacking upkeep. Paid extra for a balcony but the view was the glass roof of the dining hall!

Excellent food, both breakfast and dinner.

Very unhappy with my room - a view of a wall - perhaps a metre from bedroom window. 3 out of the 4 nights I could not sleep. I was ground floor room. The room immediately above mine, I presume had Lino flooring - not carpet and underlay. I could here the guests walking across the room (like a herd of elephants) - using the bathroom and even snoring (very loud). Huge error - please management check this out - Lino on first floor major mistake.

Staff are amazing. Kitchen had closed, but Ash went out of his way to get some dinner for my colleague.

The only breakfast option was “continental”. I wouldn’t call it that. it was cheese and ham with plain yogurt with no spoons given and stale Guernsey gauche.

Location is a bit far away from everything. Also not as close to the bay as we hoped. Swimming pool was closed due to problems and regular opening times are such that it can hardly be used by guests that stay for one night.

The Hotel surrounded with very nice natural view and manged by famous TV celebrity chief Ashraf Elsergany, the stuff were very hospitable and friendly, I would like to than them all for remarkable experience.

The room was very basic. The bed was small. The room was clean but skirting and drawers inside were dusty. The hotel looked a bit ‘tired’
